| LIVING THE SOLUTION WITH
DAILY INSPIRATION |
To everything
- a season, and a time to every delight under the heavens:
A time to bring forth, and a time to die. A time to
plant, and a time to eradicate the planted, A time
to slay, and a time to heal, a time to break down,
and a time to build up. A time to weep, and a time
to laugh, a time to mourn, and a time to skip, a time
to cast away stones, and a time to heap up stones.
A time to embrace, and a time to be far from embracing,
a time to seek, and a time to destroy, a time to keep,
and a time to cast away. A time to rend, and a time
to sew, a time to be silent, and a time to speak, a
time to love, and a time to hate, a time of war, and
a time of peace.
(Ecclesiastes 3:1-8)
As we close one year and start
another it is a time to reflect; look back and take notice
of what God has done. What did God do this past year
in your life? How has your relationship with Him changed
you? How have you grown? In what ways did God show His
miraculous power? How has He answered prayer?
As you think about these questions take a moment to write
down your answers. Take time to thank God for all that
He has done in your life, so times when you are feeling
abandoned by God and wondering where He is you can look
back again to remind yourself that God is real, He is
faithful, that He does care, and that He is still in
control. And that if He was there before for you then
He is still there now.
