| LIVING THE SOLUTION WITH
DAILY INSPIRATION |
"If
you'll hold on to me for dear life," says GOD, "I'll
get you out of any trouble. I'll give you the best
of care if you’ll only get to know and trust
me. Call me and I'll answer, be at your side in bad
times; I'll rescue you, and then throw you a party.
(Psalm 91:14-15)
The bible is full of promises
from God to us. And they all are like this one; they
spell out what God will do if we do something. Even salvation
is conditional; yes it is free but we must first submit
our will and desires to God; give Him control of our
lives.
We so often wonder why we have trouble in our lives.
There are many times it is an attack from the enemy,
but the collateral damage can be minimized by living
the way God wants us to. You'll notice in today’s
verse that God says if we hold on to Him for dear life
- like holding on to a branch while dangling over a cliff
- then He will protect us. He does not say He will prevent
any problems from coming our way, only that we will not
be hurt by them.
If you want to be victorious over the trials that come
into your life and you want to feel the presence of God
in your life daily through the trials then cling to Him
for all you are worth, get close to and never let go.
