| LIVING THE SOLUTION WITH
DAILY INSPIRATION |
"So
get started. Purify the people. Tell them: Get ready
for tomorrow by purifying yourselves. For this is what
GOD, the God of Israel, says: There are cursed things
in the camp. You won't be able to face your enemies
until you have gotten rid of these cursed things. (Joshua
7:13)
Does there seem to be things
that you just can’t overcome? Are there things
in your life; battles you are fighting or attacks from
the enemy that you just can’t overcome?
None of us are perfect and God fathers us each individually;
changing us and asking us to grow in certain areas or
at points in our life. What thing, activity, or old habit,
has God asked you to give up that you have been unwilling
to let go of? Or, what new activity or ministry has God
asked you to take up that you have been unwilling to
do?
God made it clear to Israel that they would not be able
to face and defeat their enemies until they got rid of
the cursed things: the sin in the camp.
The question for you is do you want to be victorious
over the enemies in your life? Do you want to see God
move and battles won? Then do the things that He asks
you to do and do them just the way He asks and God will
go before you just as He did at Jericho. He will do the
fighting for you.
