| LIVING THE SOLUTION WITH
DAILY INSPIRATION |
But you,
O Sovereign LORD, deal well with me for your name's
sake; out of the goodness of your love, deliver me.
For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within
me. (Psalm 109:20-21)
Are you feeling wounded today?
Does your heart ache? Have you been confronted and challenged
by God in an area of your life?
This is a dangerous prayer. To give God permission to
deal with us for His sake out of His goodness and grace.
Yes, there is love and compassion in His grace, but asking
God to deal you - to make you better - to make you what
He wants you to be is a dangerous prayer. The result
will be worth it.
Do you have the courage to pray that kind of prayer?
To confess that your heart has been wounded? That you
are hurting and in need?
Where are you hurting today? Go to God with this attitude,
open yourself up to Him and let Him by His love and grace
mold you and shape you into the man or woman His designed
you to be.
