| LIVING THE SOLUTION WITH DAILY INSPIRATION |
But because
of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,
made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in
transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with
him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order
that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable
riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us
in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved,
through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is
the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can
boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ
Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance
for us to do. (Ephesians 2:4-10)
We have read and heard
this verse quoted many times in confirming that it is
not by any action on our part, but by God’s grace
- His unmerited love for us - that we are able to have
an intimate personal relationship with Him. But there
is one little statement in this set of verses that gets
very little attention, but it has great meaning if we
will see it, understand it, embrace it, and live it: “God
raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the
heavenly realms in Christ Jesus.”
We live in both the physical and spiritual world at
the same time. We are both flesh and spirit but we tend
to pay little attention to what goes on the in the spiritual
world. Why do we do that? Do we not understand we are
affected more by what is happening spiritually than
physically? That the spiritual world has more impact
on the physical than the physical has on the spiritual.
According to this verse where are we seated with Christ
in the spirit world? What position of authority do we
have, in Christ, over our spiritual enemy? Why do we
not live it?
Whether you believe it or not we are seated with Christ.
We have been given all the power that Christ had while
He was on earth over both physical and spiritual things.
It’s time we start to live the life we have been
given, live from the position of authority we have been
given, stop living in fear of our enemy, stop believing
that we are powerless against him. Stop believing that
the bad things that happen to us are just happen stance,
you know “Stuff Happens”. Not everything
is random; most of it is targeted at our hearts and
who we are in Christ by our enemy. But we are victorious
in Christ, he (the enemy of our hearts and souls and
of God) is defeated, yet we live as if we don’t
know or understand it.
Take the authority God has given you and start living
and believing in who you are in Christ. Stop submitting
to the enemy and his lies and with Christ’s authority
submit to and live the truths given you by God. We are
more than conquerors - let’s live it.
Live it with Passion
