| LIVING THE
SOLUTION WITH DAILY INSPIRATION |
God's readiness
to give and forgive is now public. Salvation's available
for everyone! We're being shown how to turn our backs
on a godless, indulgent life, and how to take on a
God-filled, God-honoring life. This new life is starting
right now, and is whetting our appetites for the glorious
day when our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, appears.
He offered himself as a sacrifice to free us from a
dark, rebellious life into this good, pure life, making
us a people he can be proud of, energetic in goodness.
(Titus 2:11-14 — The
Message)
Everything we need to know about how
live our lives the way God designed us to live has been
made clear to us. Jesus showed us by the way He lived
His life. He also promised a full and abundant life,
a life worth living. This life that Jesus talked about
was not just in the bye-and-bye, but right here and right
now. We have been given everything we need to be the
people God created us to be. We have Jesus’ example.
We have been set free from the power and control of sin
(self exultation) in our lives. We have the power of
Christ and the Holy Spirit in our lives and available
to us. We are “in Christ” and as such we
are seated with Him at the right hand of the Father and
we have been given His authority, our words carry the
weight of the King. And last, but not least, God believes
in us. He created us, He knows what we are capable of,
and he knows us much better than we know ourselves.
So live with confidence, grace and power knowing who
you are and whose you are. Know it, embrace it and live
it. The power to live a victorious life comes from that
knowledge.
